We’re in a constitutional crisis. As soon as troops were sent to LA lawyers questioned the legality. As with the immigrant flight told to turn around and Abrego Garcia - trump is taking advantage the delayed process of the judiciary to do what he wants. Even now, the judge plays into his hand by giving him til the 12th of this month.

District Court judge rules against Trump on something that's been done a thousand times before. Go figure. Supreme Court will knock him back.

It's more or less at the point now when you expect a political judgement from any District or Federal Judge abd everything has to go to the Supreme Court because they're the only ones that can be relied in to be apolitical (thanks to Trump's appointments). How long will THAT last, and then the last vestige of rule by law falls by the wayside.
 
Really, we need a mass purge of the judiciary and some way of ensuring judges are strictly apolitical. I have no idea how we could do that, but it's what we need,
