Is lit glitching of is it me?

I've had to use the bleeping computer experts once or twice over the years. They're damn good.

Running Malwarebytes is almost always an early step in their suggestions from what I've seen, and is a good place to start any time you suspect you might have some kind of bug on your system.

Sometimes the computer pros are the only ones who can handle these issues. I had two come in from Geek Squad this year and they were very good. My sister took pity on me and paid for in-house visits.

A restart of my desktop will usually get the Internet connections going again. But it's sometimes a very awkward time to do it.

My sister recently paid to to have someone come in and clean the house and they told my wife that she paid for her to come twice a week through September. My wife's sick and I work long hours and run the errands etc and things aren't looking the greatest around the house these days

She didn't have to do that, but 12 years ago when she was going through a rough divorce my wife and I paid for the attorney, and she's been dying to try to do something for us.

Siblings can be a major PIA sometimes, but if you're lucky you have one that will be there when you need them.

My DNS sometimes just drops for unfathomable reasons. Middle of browsing, it just stops connecting, and nothing will work short of rebooting the computer. No real rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes it will happen twice in a week, and sometimes it will be months. Meanwhile, my connection is fine, because I can grab a phone or tablet and immediately connect to the wifi while the PC is rebooting.

Yesterday I couldn't connect to a stock photo site. Just kept saying page not available. I gave up and wasn't restarting the PC again

Spoke too soon, the forum is fine, but now I can't get to my home page.

Today there might be an issue on the site. Both @EmilyMiller and I noticed that our author pages do not include today's release, which is very odd. @StillStunned appears to be in the same place (he is the only other author I follow who had a story go up today).

Today had many issues connecting to various sites, including Literotica. But mid-afternoon, the system started connecting to Lit and other sites on their own, so to speak; without me doing anything. Crazy.

During the day today my connection to the Literotica site disconnected and reconnected about a dozen times. Has usually taken about 15 minutes to reconnect. I have no idea....

This is still an intermittent problem on this Windows desktop with either the Chrome or Edge browser. Have tried lots of things. Mostly it is only the Literotica site that fails to connect, then connects, then later fails. As far as I can tell it is not a problem on my iPad with the Safari browser.

The last couple of days I can get to my home page and any aspect of it and I can get to the forum no problem. I can get to Lit's home page as well but there is no graphic and further down is fragmented text. The links for new stories is simply text.

But on my page if someone comments and I click the story to see it, I get the long spin before all I see is some fragments of links. Same when I went to look at the favorites portal. But I can see comments through the works page.

I can click on the link for Summer lovin stories and its fine, but clicking on the Dark Fairy Tales link gives me the broken page.

I'd think its lit but I've had some weird issues with other sites lately, and I've cleared the cache and all that, but lit is the one that seems really hit and miss right now.
