As a fellow Brit, I can definitely appreciate how the season is changing and all of the ways you see that playing out. I noticed it at lunch (while trying to avoid walking into traffic as I was so distracted by certain things). There are less summer trips with tired parents and excited kids, less office workers lounging on any bit of green space they can find, and of course, the UK weather not being able to work out what it wants to do!

It’s great that anyone can enjoy this time of year, especially when depression and SAD starts to creep up on people.
My only answer is that you must make some great coffee!

I actually then followed that by applying for a part time degree in criminology and psychology (Bsc) which is 4 years of study I believe. I did two years but when I found out that it wasn’t accredited by the BPS I took myself off the course. I worked for a few more years but also had this ache to get back into study so I found out I could pass on the credits from Crim & Psych (of which I had 160) to then move onto Forensic Psych! I’m so excited to start again.
