In the UK, the annual number is around 22. Not per 100K, but for the whole of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. That's 67.5 million people.

"Road deaths" include only those people who die on scene. That number was 39,345 in 2024. People who die later of injuries received during an accident are typically lost for statistical purposes in the ICD-10 diagnostic codes that will detail a specific injury (like impalement, brain bleed, blunt impact trauma, etc.) that do not link back to the vehicular incident.
