There’s a fair amount of office politics where I work. But I generally don’t give a fuck abt promotion or that kinda shit.

I do my job. I do it well and efficiently.

I talk to my office, roughly 2-3 times a year... and even then, it's like talking to my favorite uncle or something....

I am not generally well loved. I have a few that appreciate me, but most dont like to be reminded of how to do work.... it is all the feel good crap

My BIL has 'sepsis' and is in the hospital
His wife is worried sick
What is sepsis?

He has a systemic infection of some sort.. urinary tract infection, pneumonia or wounds are some of main cause. He will get antibiotics and supportive care like fluids oxygen other medicine. There are differing stages of sepsis... it can be severe if other organs are involved.

Best camera I ever owned was an old, Vietnam era and Canon camera.... no batteries (other than for the flash).... that thing took the best pictures in the world and was fukkin bulletproof!

We go to the river, took some shots of the city and boats. I rush the film and disposable off to the photo hut and wait the day or two. Take all the photos out and…HORROR OF HORRORS! The 6 yr old w a disposable took better shots than a “photographer” with a “real” camera and lenses.

I was so damn disgusted, I put the camera away, and thinking back on it, I never took any film shots again!!

Kids these days are spoon-fed this stuff.

I got my first cell phone when I was 40 years old. Same sibling got hers when she was in middle school or high school.

Just means we need to work harder and practice more.
