When my family last visited (maybe 20 years ago), the doorman at the hotel called a cab even though the restaurant was only two blocks away. He insisted. No nighttime stroll for us in the Harborplace area. It was too dangerous.
That is not normal. You can walk in my neighborhood late at night with no issues. That is how it should be.

1. Declaring himself king/dictator (as a minimum declaring that the two-term limit does not apply to someone as important as him)
2. Imposing martial law
3. Getting the country involved in a full war
