After all of these Latin and South American dishes, I'm afraid anything I bring to the table will just be so, so white in comparison. I mean... I do make a mean baloney sandwich on white bread with mayo. But I also make an excellent shepherd's pie. So I'll do that.

I just grilled (charcoal only) some chicken I had marinating for about a week. Man was it good.

Raw veggies and homemade hummus.
