State's Rights is a circular argument for MAGATs. It always has been.

First they want to have the right for their state to decide something, for example the right to own slaves, the right to ban women from voting or having bank accounts, or the right of people to marry who they love. After all, the party of bribery & corruption isn't actually the party of freedom and small government. They want to control what you do and who you do it with.

Then having established the right of their state to decide something (for example the right to stop people from having abortions), they try to impose that across the nation.

If Indiana determines that they can ban certain people from being married, they will then arrest anyone who crosses their state line who contravenes their color-chart as issued to local ICE units.

But Libs are the fascists obviously.
