Yeah I know what it is...my mom was a posh foodie..I never really got down w French food tho... but that could possibly just be the asshole rebel in me too..

One of my favorite channels just happens to be a Michelin starred French chef, lol.
I ain't chef level for sure, just like to eat, pick up things online and find it fun to play with different stuff food wise.
