Lol! *hugs Noon*

Nice to see a familiar face! You still haunt these parts huh?

Hugs back and smiles, giving her a kiss on the cheek.

Well, for now. I don't know how long I'm back for, but I'm dropping in in the meantime. At least it's nice to have some free time.

And yes, I agree, good to see familiar faces!

Smiles and nods. Lol, yes. I was so busy for a long while myself. But it's good you're able to find time to visit.

It is good to say hello. I'll keep in touch.
Grins.

Hopefully I haven't scared off a_libertine either! Thread with him soon also!

*Crosses fingers*

Man I'm bored! Hahaha!

Sodomy in Saint-Domingue - With Asobininryochan

A lovely naive lady is married off to a man purely for money, he has no titles and she has no clue what she is getting herself into. Sexually inexperienced, while he has a penchant for the darker side of sphere. 18th century France never saw the underbelly of the students of the Marquis De Sade quite like this!

Prequel to A Two Fanged Seduction - With a_libertine

The origins of Nemesis and Caine along with their relationship come to light in this prequel to an old thread of mine 'A Two Fanged Seduction'. Everyone thought Joan of Arc died at the stake, they couldn't be more wrong. Caine is hiding a rather large secret from her, their relationship is on rocky enough ground but he has his reasons...right?

Varangian Slavegirl: A tenth century Rus' princess is enslaved - With Hard_Rom

Kaija is just a sweet 18 year old woman betrothed to pitiful but wealthy man she never wanted to marry. Longing for adventure, she takes to the sea for the day but never imagines she would be captured by pirates. Waiting sale in the slave markets of Constantinople is unnerving enough but she never imagined it would be the enemy of her father who would purchase her. Aelfric may not be able to damage her but he takes great pride in her humiliation. Will Kaija ever go home? Or is she destined to die at war by Aelfric's side?

(I totally thought I had already added this. Whoops! Super proud of it too! Rom and I make a good team!)

She Logged In First - With cgraven

Claire Sutton just dabbled innocently in SRP boards, experimenting with the idea of being a submissive and trialing things in the safety of her own home but Jean Butard has been speaking to her for months, enamored with her and finally he wants to take things to the next step. Be careful what you share on the internet sweet Claire.

The Turkish Ransom - With Tio_Narratore

In the shadowed marshlands of 12th-century Provence, ten virgins arrive as part of a ransom - gifts from the Seljuk court to secure the release of a captured general. Among them is Safiye bint Harun al-Konya: educated, veiled, and untouched, the daughter of a Seljuk vizier. But she is more than a token of peace - she is the most challenging offering of all.

The Marqués of Les Maries de la Mer, a calculating French noble, claims them as his prize. Yet it is Safiye who captures his interest with her pride, her silence, and the fire beneath her obedience. As the lines between politics and possession blur, a war of wills begins - one that is not fought not with armies, but between a man who believes he owns her, and a woman who refuses to be broken.

University of the Damned and Desired - With Litshark & Miss_Vivi
Welcome to Astralis Academy—where gods are born, monsters are made, and the sky is never the limit.

At eighteen, Lyra Virell, codename Psiryn, enters Astralis as a rising star - telekinetically gifted, dangerously composed, and freshly attached to the academy’s golden boy, Bobby Brownstone. But power at forty-thousand meters comes with altitude sickness. The faculty may be fucking or fucking with the students and not everyone is in control of their abilities. The Headmistress has her hands full - educationally, politically and sexually with all these charged young adults running amok.

Gym Rats Make Great Pets - dryfter & DarkWarrioress

This is a fresh thread and I generally find first person jarring to read but the start is really good. Both writers seem to match each other well and I'm kind of interested in where this is going. The characters are already taking shape for me. I will be following this one.

The Wheels of Fortune - Tio_Narratore & DarkWarrioress

So I am not all the way caught up - no spoilers! But I am reasonably deep into reading this, it has become my bedtime reading recently. It had a slow start but an interesting one, I love a good bit of psychology to anything and between one person grieving and the other escaping an abusive relationship, I was intrigued. I also love the realism between the characters with no rush to get into anything and really solid development of their personalities. So I have a good feel for each of them now. Also the end game isn't unbelievably clear either so I'm kind of looking forward to the curve balls.

I may have inadvertently become a bit of a DW fan here apparently 😂

Old As Time - LitShark & princesssexci

Ok well Sharky made me laugh out loud so that's always a win. This one had me like: ok it's Beauty and the Beast, cool...and now there's like this Frankenstein fucking twist which is so weird but you know they have kind of made it work too. I'm following this cause I gotta know where this is going lol
These two have been kind of good at weird, historically speaking.

As I am yours, Monique. :rose: Thank you. Tio makes it so easy.

 It's easy when you're writing with your RL hubby. I can't tell you how ecstatic I am to write with him again. I'm a fan of yours as well. I am simply enthralled with your story with CG, She Logged In First. Loving it! You two have some writing chemistry as well.

Oh how I wish my husband was more of a writer, luckily he is very good with his hands! And he does enjoy reading what I write. Your chemistry makes so much sense now lol!
And thank you, CG and I go way back, I am lucky he liked the story I pitched and was happy to work at it with me. I love the challenge of writing the psychological effects on my character and being in their head space.

He does, he gives quite a lot to work with, I'm typically the reactive character so it helps to have that in order to flesh out a post and shuffle forward. His vocabulary is so impressive too! Makes me Google more than I care to admit lol!

Like CG would turn you down, Monique. *grins* I think both he and Tio are glad to see another veteran female face around here and having a husband that is good with his hands? That's always a good thing. :devilish:

Well apparently I still rouse the interests of the male population around here and haven't lost my touch at writing either - I was more worried about the latter though. Oh yes, works AND plays with his hands!
