I found a story by Debaser_Lament called A Way to Get More.

I found it pretty hot and looked for chapter two... No luck. And to my horror, it turns out that the story was written in 2011. In fact, that was the only story the author has ever authored,

It has score of 4.67, 559 likes, the author has 150 followers.

I thought that a thread, for each category (or tag) of "One-Hit Wonders" may be interesting.
This story has my vote!

Biggest one hit wonder I know of-although he did have one other so-so piece-is Threads The Island in Incest/Taboo. Thing is a monster. The author had a blog for a while and claimed he'd write a sequel but nothing ever came of it. Few stories out there can top the stats on this one though.

Yup, that’s me. So far I’m up to 30 published stories in search of that one good one.

Aren't we all?
An author I adore once said that the worst thing in the world was to be mediocre.
If you are terrible, you can accept you are terrible and go find something else to do.
But when you are mediocre you have to just keep trying, hoping one day you'll find that moment of greatness.

This story is 43 Lit pages long -- over 148,000 words! Yet it's the 8th most favorited story of all time, which suggests that a surprising number of Literotica readers are not daunted by story length. It daunted me; although the premise sounded interesting I've never read a Literotica story that long.

Chevy Chase and Bill Murray had always had a contentious relationship, but the thing that made it come to blows? When Murray yelled, "Medium talent!" at him.

Threads like this remind me how different we all are. A story that one likes and even says it’s the best frequently doesn’t do anything for me yet stories that I like are yawners for others.

You are discerning. They are just weird 😊.
