Thanks, OM!! I love dill pickles (very small amounts now) but never a fan of Jameson's (or Irish Whiskey in general)... were I still drinking, never would I ever put these two together. Ranks up there with mixing dairy and alcohol IMO.

What now?!? They don't cauterize anymore? Or suggest creating a seal with olive oil or vaseline?

depends on the tail... I find pork butt at a good enough price and a whole mess of you are gonna want that on the menu
