Okay. Weird question. It's for a story I'm writing.

Yes. The key word you use in your question is AND. I also discussed this with the Missus after seeing your question. Impact by itself is not likely to lead to orgasm (not for me, anyway) but the right change-up in cadence AND (so important) teasing kind of stimulation could bring on a climax, especially (as in my case) if it is accompanied by warnings to NOT ejaculate or there will be consequences. As in any sex play, it takes lots of imagination and pretending. Hope this helps.
