Was my story rejected because it was too extreme?

There's a challenge that needs creative solutions.
The only challenge is either to just drop this 'rule' or strictly and consistently enforce it.

I don't care for NC or MC stories, but their valid kinks and have at it, but just own what they are and stop justifying when there is no reason to. These are fictional stories, not what people would do in real life (hopefully) so admit the kink and have fun, stop writing rape stories and trying to say that's not what they are.

I write incest stories, know why? Because I enjoy them as a fantasy kink. How hard is that to say?

Most of the contributions to this thread seem to assume that Laurel reads the stories, which would be super-human feat. You may only have to change a few words to get past the algorithms while keeping the same meanings.

I think I've read somewhere that Laurel doesn't use any algorithms. As far as I know, she skims the stories manually, and she is the only one doing that. So, it takes at least a few days to publish the stories.
