It was not intended for one group to turn it into an ethno-state to oppress another ethnic group. Despite your obvious Apartheid fantasies. The fact that America is 70% white, or 70% black is irrelevant. It sounds like you equate "Democracy" with "Let's stick it to the minority race." You have basically exposed yourself here as a virulent unapologetic hatemonger and bigot with this statement, but to be fair, it was pretty obvious even before this.

As for "Voting against their own self interest" the majority of those people who voted for Trump in the last election are seeing their taxes increase, the price of goods and groceries increase, support for their kids schools decrease, their health care taken away, more laws in place removing their freedoms, their environment degrade, and even, in a few cases, seeing their own family members kidnapped and carted off to El Salvador by government thugs.

When the majority are not browbeaten or shamed into voting against their own self interest, these things will cease, and it will not turn out the way you hope it will...
