I think Musk saw what a shit hole politics really was like...

So, Deplorables think it takes a genius to figure out America's politics are difficult.

That tracks. 😆

Musk has emotional issues needing treatment. And that's ok. But please stop ignoring flaws. He's as honest as a pico-second is long

He has 90% approval rates among Republican voters.

🙄

Rightard should stop and think (I know it’s a yuuuuuuge ask) about that "90%" number and the level of sycophancy it suggests is present among republicans (MAGAts)…

😑

MAGA. 101.

MAGA. Is. A. Cult.

MAGAts. Are. Cultists.

DonOld. Is. The. Cult. Leader.

👎

Hope that ^ helps.

👍

We. Told. Them. So.

Not sure where you got that number. Here’s what I found. Shows 62%, a big drop from a previous poll by the same firm.

I’m a Republican who respects his business accomplishments, approve of the help he gave getting Trump elected, and appreciated his efforts with DOGE although he over promised, under delivered, and spouted a lot of pure BS about what they accomplished.

I wish him well with his business endeavors. Hope he’s done with politics. He was useful to me in 2024. Not anymore.

It's that Alex Jones video. You know, the one he filmed in his car, practically breaking down in tears at Trump's refusal to release the Epstein files. That makes me wonder where those poll numbers are headed.

If the Epstein files are released, and the Medicaid cuts aren't as bad for his low-income supporters as expected, and the tariff-fueled inflation isn't too bad, then maybe his approval rating among his MAGA supporters will keep supporting him. Supporting him personally, that is. The Senators and Representatives up for re-election next year may find it a harder slog!

Trump is such a PT Barnum.

“35% Tariffs on Canada!”

Ha!

95% of all Canadian exports are exempt via the free trade treaty.

He’s like the Banksy of politicians.
Lol

Most of our history indicates a Democrat takeover of the House in 2026, but the Democrat Party is no longer what it once was. It has destroyed itself with identity politics, cultural rot, and a fanatical obsession with division. What used to be a working-class coalition is now a screeching circus of grievance hustlers, gender theorists, and bureaucratic parasites—all overseen by a leadership so hollow it makes Biden’s teleprompter look sentient. They didn’t just lose the middle, they torched it, mocked it, and replaced it with activist mobs who think patriotism is a microaggression and logic is white supremacy.

No, you, and ONLY you, think white supremacy is logic; you have it backwards.

The Democrats do, in fact, need to focus more on economic issues, health care, and domestic policy. They are not wrong for standing up for gay/women's/minority rights, but they were wrong to focus too much of their platform on it. Some farmer in North Dakota isn't going to give a crap about whether some dude wants to pretend to be a woman so he can play on a woman's volleyball team. He wants a candidate who fights for fair trade, reasonable policies that help farmers, and things that will help his community up there in Oof Dah, North Dakota.

As for Musk- he was not wrong for wanting to cut government red tape. BOTH parties should find ways to do this. He WAS wrong, and badly miscalculated, how devastating these cuts would be, and the reasons these cuts were so widely unpopular. He was completely irresponsible about the way he went about it. And yes, many of those who lost their jobs, lost them SPECIFICALLY because they were women and people of color, not because of their performance. Irresponsible and yes, racist.

Yes, which is why the right is wanting to gerrymander Texas.

Obviously they have incredible political domination
