This happened to me a few times. I hate it. These people get you through your day

I am thankfully. The recuperative powers of seeing a huge crowd of people, complaining they’d been waiting over 2 hours, should not be underestimated
Why is it so expensive when you have national healthcare? Or is it like here and stupidly dental stuff isn’t considered part of healthcare?
That is exactly it. Healthcare covers basic dental work but does not cover any of the work I need done. I do have additional dental insurance which will take a bit of the sting out of the costs. Hurrah!!
