Another Trump Win In The SCOTUS

The EPA isn't an "independent" agency. But please do carry on with your ramblings.
The Left's idea of an independent agency is completely wrong. "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America," under Article II. Congress has no authority to create an agency independent of the President. Saying this to a Democrat or a deep State bureaucrat is like exposing a vampire to sunlight.

No. I listed Colorado which is not Democrat led last I checked.
You need to check again:

Colorado has a Democratic trifecta and a Democratic triplex. The Democratic Party controls the offices of governor, secretary of state, attorney general, and both chambers of the state legislature.

As of July 25, 2025, there are 23 Republican trifectas, 15 Democratic trifectas, and 12 divided governments where neither party holds trifecta control.

I stand corrected. None of which changes that no, if you know what can be done and don't do it or in the case of Texas undo what is already in place that's on you.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday cleared the way for the Trump administration to remove three of the five members of the Consumer Product Safety Commission from office while their challenges to their firings continue.

In a brief unsigned order, the justices blocked, at least for now, a ruling by a federal judge in Maryland that had directed the Trump administration to reinstate the three commissioners, who were appointed by then-President Joe Biden. The majority explained that the case was “squarely controlled” by its May 22 ruling that allowed Trump to remove board members of the National Labor Relations Board and the Merits Systems Protection Board.

More winning.
More winning at the expense of American consumers.

Prices might go any higher, but if they do, don’t blame tariffs, blame the Build Back Broke brigade.
Tariffs are not paid by exporting countries, but by consumers in importing countries. I like to buy imported consumer items. I do not want to pay Trump's tariffs for them.

It has nothing to do with consumers.
So let me get this straight. Now, our food will be less safe and more likely to be contaminated. Our air will likely be more polluted, as will our drinking water. Products will be more likely to cause injury or death. And there will be less consequences if corporations flagrantly sell unsafe food or release toxins into the air and water.

....and somehow you think this is GOOD?

Somehow you think this is a WIN for America???

What in the actual FUCK is wrong with you?

You, sir, are seriously fucking warped. Either that, or you have a sadistic glee in watching Americans suffer and the country devolve into third world poverty and corruption. I'm guessing it's the latter, as I've long questioned your nationality.

The old "I like cheap stuff, therefore national policy should bend to my Amazon cart" argument. Look, nobody’s stopping you from loving imports, just don’t confuse personal convenience with economic strategy. Tariffs aren’t a punishment for you, they’re a pressure tactic on countries that game the system. Sorry if your $11 French cheese might now cost $12, but maybe that’s the small price of not surrendering entire industries to slave labor and currency manipulation. Freedom isn't free, and neither is your knockoff espresso machine.

So you want to pay more.

Thanks for confirming.

Communist China does not "game the system." Communist China produces better products at lower prices than American companies. Communist China should be rewarded with unfettered access to American markets, not punished by Trump's tariff walls.

How come all of their buildings are falling down.
