How to get into sharing a wife

We are new to this and looking for people with experience to help guide us into this lifestyle. We are both in our early thirties. Our careers have taken us away from our family and friends. we would love to open our relationship to others now that we don’t have to worry about what family or friends would say. Please feel free to offer any advice

Wife and I have had conversations about this. We live near ALL friends and family, pretty much buried it. We decided it was hot and fun to talk about.

A friend of mine whom confides in me. She pushed an open relationship with her husband. She was cheating once in a while With random guys, but wanted her husband to be okay with it. Long story short, finally, she talked him into an open relationship. She found a guy immediately and was having amazing sex with him quite often. The husband struggled and was empty handed for the better part of a year. She had fucked 2 guys hundreds of times before he got his first date.

Then the feelings of frustration began... They fought a lot. Then the weirdest thing happened. She stopped talking to me. I have no idea why. We've chatted a ton for years and she went MIA.

I'm not into dudes, but assuming that's your real picture, you are much better looking than he. I also assume you'd have more success finding dates.

Bigger cities, clubs meant for swinging, are probably your best bet.

My 2 cents. Your wife is going to get fucked sooner and more than you will for starters.


Make sure you can communicate through the frustrations.

Communication is key and the couples I’ve joined were fun due to that communication. Nothing kills fun that drama.

Baby steps worked for us. Put a profile on SLS what we were looking for, age, what we looked like, etc etc. Instead of looking for a single we were doing it as a couple....lots of singles on SLS. Met our first cpl 4 or 5 times for drinks or dinner got to know each other asked a million questions because they'd been in it for years. It was the 5th time we met when my wife said lets go for it. After that first time we met several cpls who didn't click and found the whole swinger crowd wanted to meet talk for 10 mins and fuck. We decided we'd had enough and stopped but don't jump right into it, slow and steady. I was way more into what my wife was doing than fucking their wife

SLS is a great resource though it can feel like you've been unleashed in a giant couples candy store. Take your time. Be aware of aggressive people and make sure you both are enthusiastic about the choices you make. A swingers club would be great too.

When I was single in the 1800's hooking up to fuck was a given but had enough of that to last a lifetime. As a couple I think both husband and wife should feel some attraction to the other single or couple. It would suck if one had a great time and the other hated it

Getting that connection with the couple was as amazing as the sex imo. I do believe it’s easier with finding singles vs couples.
