He's not wrong. The police can arrest you for any reason and hold you for up to 72 hours for no reason. In this case being brown is the reason for the arrest. The assumption is that if you look Latino you have commited a crime and then the Due Process begins. Assuming they don't just ship you off which is what we are hearing is happening.
