There isn't one that would actually work. That's the kicker. And you've known it all along. There is a reason why it was asked for the Supreme Court Nominee. The problem is you're intelligent enough to know you're being dishonest. But you do it anyway while the rest of us come at you in good faith. I admire the ability to just ignore your morality or to have none.

This isn't true. In fact it's flat out wrong.

Yes it is true. Why don't you define a woman instead of asking us to? It can't be based on chromosomes because we would all agree that a girl and a woman are two different things both physically and legally. Even if all individuals we would identify visually and physically actually had XX we still have to define when you are a woman. Is it the ability to consent to sex? Cus then you're a woman at 16 in more than a few states and even then that would mean a woman in the United States is different from a woman in say France, Japan or the Philipenes. Is it when you get the ability to vote? Well same issue. Is it a person with XX chromosomes capable of giving birth? That would make my mother. . .what? She's over 70 and I'm pretty sure (obviously not gonna ask) well past menopause. What about when it comes to needing female health care. Is a 15 year old not a woman when it comes to being able to need to see a specialist? Because she is not of the required age just yet? Remember you're not asking a scientific question which could be answered. You're asking a legal question that that Justice Brown could be cornered on what she would judge on this or that in a court of law should it come up.

So please give me one answer that would hold up. One where a judge wouldn't be caught in a corner unable to grant access to care or services that you agree with or don't lets just say mammograms since I can't imagine you having an issue with that or access to feminine care while under government care. If girls in juvie aren't WOMEN then the argument can be made that they have no right these this and a litany of other things that I as a male have never had to think twice about.

This was always a trick question and if you think you know the truth please enlighten me. I'm genuinely curious what answer you want so I can pass this knowledge around to the rest of my progressives and we can tell you what you want to hear and move the fuck on.

Cus the reality is for some reason you're pretending to care about GIRLS, not women, GIRLS who have on very, very rare occasions had to deal with men in their sports. The numbers are so low I don't know why you care but there it is. Meanwhile we know how many coaches are assaulting young girls in sports. We know there are states that have had to pass laws to prevent officers from raping women in their custody. Sorry, for exchanging favors to lose the paperwork and for the police not to just ignore it the problem had to be pretty out of control. We're watching women die or lose their ability to reproduce because of the repeal of Roe V Wade. You aren't about protecting women, you're attacking the LGBT community.

For some reason I can't understand other than rampant bigotry you are concerned about a tiny fraction of a tiny fraction of the population. I'm not going to go link stats right now the highest I've seen is 1% but lets assume its 2% just to be kind to you evenly split between bio male and bio female. You know me well enough to know until someone asks or provides I always use numbers that favor my opponents. So this isn't out of character just a bit lazy. Of that 1% how many are athletes? The NCAA seems to be telling us around 50 in their numbers and below that nobody really gives much of a shit. These Trans athletes are hardly dominating their sports either the most famous complainer, Riley Gaines, was tied for 4th. I mean boo hoo but she still lost. Funny story about her husband though. I hope her sports career was more important than her love life but lets keep moving. Its not a real issue.

See I don't have a super short attention span like most Americans. I was around when you guys were absolutely terrified that Mrs. Doubtfire was reading 'Green Eggs and Ham' to your children at story hour. Hell even if it was RuPaul reading books to them I'm pretty sure your little kids huddled in a circle listening to Tyler Perry read 'Scary Stories Stories to Tell in the Dark' that the important issue is those stories were fucking weird. You guys just keep moving around for various culture wars hoping to find something that will terrify little Christians and you know it.

So please save your shit for someone who doesn't know your game.

I'm still not sure if Trump is dumb or not to be honest or even how we gauge that over all the other presidents. He seems to make moves so absurdly bad that its not possible to be that dumb. Like I guess it would be a modern day fable but the story of the kid who didn't want to be in gifted classes and bombed a test only for his teachers to pass him on the grounds that its not possible to get every single answer wrong without knowing the correct ones. Just the matter of odds you should get 25% even if all you did was draw patterns on the test.

You are only seeking out information that confirms your belief that Trump is evil or unhinged. Always disregarding any contrary facts or achievements, no matter how objectively measured. Moral absolutism is the belief that Trump represents not just a political opponent but moral corruption itself, thus, nothing he does can be right by definition. We can always count on you for emotional reasoning, cognitive distortion, and ideological absolutism, rather than rational critique.
