I think the most amusing part of this for me is that these "tradwife" influencers are more than likely self-made women who are monetizing a trend for clicks.

That wouldn't surprise me at all.

The one worker family is dwindling, but with all the OF crap, some women can make more in a few hours than hubby does in his weekly 40s.

I'm not an influencer and I want to be a stay at home wife. I don't have money or anything, but i do believe that, if I find a man who goes to work everyday to provide a life for me, then he is coming home to a clean house and a hot meal, and a loving wife.
Is that so wrong now?

Of course not. Whatever works for the two of you.
I think more than anything, it's the idea of a man who expects and feels entitled to having a wife who's sole focus is him and the his home, that rankles people these days. It sort of excludes anything the wife wants/needs as far as a career for herself.
As long as your life is fulfilling and satisfying to you, that's what matters. I think I would have been a happy house husband to be perfectly honest, if that had been an option, but alas, it was not in the cards.

I’ve been working on my first story, and actually wrote 3000 words yesterday (very happy about that), but while I was writing I went off on another possible tangent of an idea- every once in a while I end up finding these tradwife/“biblical submission” girls on YouTube. Alanal3, homewithkelli, and maybe you could throw tayloralesia in there too nowadays.

And of course, when they talk about their lives and how they submit to their husbands etc… they leave out any of their “exciting” bits. For modesty of course. But what are these girls lives actually like? Are they kneeling at the door and saying, “Yes Sir” when Master comes home? Is Kelli getting bent over in the garden whenever Scott feels like it? It would be interesting to take their personalities/ outward doctrine and expound upon them and imagine what their sex lives *could possibly* be like (while being just a bit hyperbolic maybe).

I’ve never gotten any sexual vibes from trad wives, Amish couples seem to have more sexual vibes than trad wives and husbands do.
Trad wives have a lot of physical work to do, they probably sleep whenever they can.
