Common ideas that get suggested each year;

1. The costumes influence what people act like on Halloween (like the Buffy episode)

2. Costume mix ups/mistaken identity: people hook up in costume but don’t realize who they hooked up with till after or at all, one person knows but the other doesn’t, etc.

Couple ideas of my own:

1. (Loosely based on a roommate) a couple has one member who adores horror, one who doesn’t. The horror lover is fine having a hobby partner won’t be a part of as they get along well otherwise. But their partner wants to hang out with them on Halloween when they do a marathon with their friends.

Had an idea for awhile where a seance at a haunted mansion goes wrong and the Medium accidentally contacts sex demons looking to possess them.

The Medium quickly tells the other participants sitting at the table that they are safe, provided they continue to hold hands.

Hearing the commotion, the maid runs into the room, immediately gets possessed and starts to sexually attack one of the men at the seance, going under the table and sucking his cock; the guy is powerless to stop her without breaking the circle.

Costumes are judged at the end of the night by not only how many other books you named, but also if yours was named alot because you pulled it off well, and especially for being "in character" all night.

So, they, especially she, is embarrassed by her skimpy outfit, but also embarrassed as the husband has to act like he's selling her to other men and she has to act like she's a willing possession. As in the book, the highest bidder gets to lead her away with a leash attached to her collar. She's received that, also as in the book, she can scold any other men who try to cop a feel (which they do when they see her looking so hot and submissive), telling them only her owner is allowed to do that, and since they haven't paid her "manager", they can't do that. Unfortunately, as in the book, a new man can outbid the current owner and take possession of her. She didn't have a say in it. And, it would be shameful to be unappreciative of the "honor" by not willingly giving the man what he'd paid for.
