Super news! As others mentioned, you are interviewing them too for a good fit.

So we're in a flash flood warning right now. We received a months worth of rain in an hour, on top of already having three times the normal rainfall for this month. It's still raining, and water is flowing into the old pond, up several feet in two hours. Not that I'm complaining, I prefer this to too dry. It's the neighbors at the bottom of the hill that have to worry...

I have a restricted excel document that will save as normal and then all.of a sudden it won't. Doesn't act normal. Happened today and I expected that it may erase from last saved and I save frequently ....NOPE.... erased everything I put in there 2 hrs worth of work

Is it because restricted file? Or? It doesn't act like any other excel file i have ever used....

I am not expert but I am sooo pissed right now

It did the same damn thing yesterday and I thought I had it resolved

What's everyone else doing today?

We're probably (most of us) grey now. I colored my nearly waist-long hair my natural dark red until I broke my arm right after I retired. My hair is baby fine and naturally curly. It was too much for my husband to help me comb it so I cut it and surrendered to the grey. Now, I have short, curly, grey hair and I love it!

I only colored mine a couple times - grows too fast - coloring is not cheap (if done right).
When I herniated a disc in my neck, I cut my below-the-waist hair and donated 3 1/2 feet to charity.

It’s actually a very attractive color I’m told lol

SWMBO made a command decision and moved up our fall trip to the cabin in VA to next week. Her thinking is the kids are asking us to watch the baby so they can get away before momma is down and we all will rotate in convalescence help. So she beat everyone to the punch, pulled rank and we’re going on a couples retreat up to the Shenandoah.

This is why she gets paid the big bucks…

Due to circumstances out of my control (medical procedures and trip) I’ll be on and off for the next three weeks. It’s hot out there so here’s some Alaska MZ——help to give cool thoughts…

Best of luck with the interview! Remember you are interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you. It makes a much more interesting and memorable interview for them as well.

Quick check in. It rained a bunch more today. Pond went up 6 feet, and has been overflowing half the day. That has only ever happened with spring runoff.

Anyway, no work on rusty car today. Oldest hasn't been feeling well, so we ventured out in a monsoon like rain to bring DayQuil and the sleepy version to her. She's got a dandy cold right now. Wifey ran to the apartment door, knocked, and ran away while I stayed in the getaway vehicle. (We don't want whatever she has right now! )

I see we've all been slacking on the 3am club meetings. I move that we further cancel those meetings. Do we have a second?

I really get upset when internet service providers have a monopoly. I know we could do a satellite service but it is so irritating.

I recall very few of biology studies but one was eye color. It does range greatly whereas blue and brown are more consistent. I have hazel eye color. The girls have have always said they love them.

You'll do fine! Research the company and write down some questions for when you're asked if you have any. Make a list of questions you want answered, too. Remember, the interview goes both ways. You need to make sure it's a good fit for you.
