Bondi and Hatch are going to meet with Maxwell to see what she knows about trump and Epstein. Will they buy her silence with a presidential pardon? Would that be seen as witness tampering? Or simply be a presidential act for national security.

I think the stupid fucking MAGAtards have finally realized that there are more stupid fucking MAGAtard pedophiles in the country than any other group so they hope the whole thing just goes away.

The House is subpoenaing Maxwell, so DonOld’s DOJ stooges have to get to her first???

🤔 😳 😑 🤬

We. Told. Them. So.

But the House of Clowns hasn’t subpoenaed her yet. Tim Burchett introduced a motion for that to happen, but who knows if it will?

Mike Johnson started the House’s vacation early to prevent Epstein-related votes that were scheduled for Thursday! 😆

JFC, the MAGAs are so fucking pathetic.

Once she has a pardon, she can say whatever she wants.

I say maybe transfer to a day release program with conditions/gag order and commutation on last day in office in return for her memory loss.

She will need immunity to testify “honestly”
She would be giving up her chance to have SCrOTUS find her innocent

Maybe paying her off ahead of her lawsuit will help ??

But? If this whole topic cools? She’s stuck
Or dead

Trump's priorities:
  1. The House must recess early so that no Epstein hearings can take place
  2. The Senate must stay in session and postpone recess to approve Trump's toxic judicial appointments.
Emil Bove is up for a lifetime appointment as a federal judge.
Earlier this year he told a group of Federal prosecutors (as assistant attorney general to Pam Blondi) to come up with a legal way to say "Fuck you, we're not going to bring back deported immigrants" if the court rules against them.

The Senate asked him about this during confirmation, he swore under oath that he NEVER said anything of the sort.

Ah, God bless the Internet.

As soon as he said this (under oath), a number of federal prosecutors who had been sacked by Bove after disagreeing with his lack of respect for the law began publishing contemporary emails and slack message chats from government lawyers discussing what the hell Bove said and how to accomplish his political goals without sacrificing their legal careers.

so to summarize:
Fuck Emil Bove.
Fuck Donald Trump.
And fuck anyone and everyone who voted for Donald Trump.

The Grifter-In-Chief is lawyering up!

"Donald Trump has had one of his former personal lawyers, Attorney General Pam Bondi, send another of his former personal lawyers, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, to gather evidence from a witness who is seeking his presidential pardon, Ghislaine Maxwell, in a criminal investigation in which Trump himself is a witness and possibly a subject, into whether any of the former friends and associates of sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein, of whom Trump was one, might have been criminally complicit in Epstein’s abuse and trafficking of young girls.
. . .
This charade not only stinks to high hell, it is also wildly unethical and would undoubtedly taint any prosecutorial decisions—including decisions not to prosecute—in ways that would do serious harm to the public’s faith in the criminal justice system.

Bondi was one of the lawyers who represented Trump in his first impeachment trial. Blanche is much more deeply embedded in the Trump legal defense team. He represented Trump in the classified documents case in Florida, the election interference case in Washington, D.C., and, perhaps most importantly, in the New York criminal trial in which Trump was convicted on thirty-four counts of falsifying business records relating to hush-money payments he made to cover up his alleged sexual encounter with porn star Stormy Daniels.

Trump, of course, is not only a former client, but also Bondi’s current boss. Blanche’s too. . . ."

Trump is walking a very narrow path between many groups with various types of power. Some want him dead but don't have the means yet. Some have the means and would have him killed immediately if he goes too far off the path. Releasing all the Epstein records might get him killed.

He might negotiate with Ms. Maxwell, such as commuting her sentence in exchange for information he needs to neutralize threats. A Biden style blanket pardon would cost more than he can spend.

Trump is shameless enough to pardon her and his cult will undoubtedly find a way to rationalize it, but he would have to see something in it for him. I doubt if he does.

He's probably feeling the squeeze on his testicles is getting rough enough that he has to do something.

"When Epstein was deposed in 2016 and was asked under oath if he ever socialized with Trump in the presence of minor girls, he claimed his Fifth Amendment right to not incriminate himself and refused to answer."

Pardon for her is coming this week.
her lawyers haven't yet publicly decided whether or not to acquiesce to the subpoena, no doubt holding out for something concrete.

personally, I'll be surprised if trump issues a pardon so directly, given the monumental backlash it has to engender... more likely, imo, that an announcement will happen of an overturning of her sentence on the grounds of the agreement made with epstein when he first got his sweetheart deal. They'll make noises about a retrial, which will drag on and on while she walks free, only for it to be announced at a later date that the DOJ has decided to drop the case for 'reasons'. This way trump can keep his hands clean and claim the independence of the DOJ even as he blames it.
