Anyone from the UK?

Coffee finished for the morning. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs wrap for breakfast. Rain has subsided...... I think I might visit the cinema this evening to see F1 movie. Any reviews?
I enjoyed it, as an F1 fan, but don’t expect it to be ultra realistic - it’s clearly a compromise between studio and the Lewis Hamilton advice side of things. It’s enjoyable for what it is.

Also: morning all. I am having a coffee and watching the sea. Getting away really helps the mind ponder.

Im also an F1 fan and cant wait to see the F1 movie, but will probably have tk wait until its streaming as still in hospital.

Also by the sea but unfortunately no sea views for me

Final round of the open here with a coffee. Had a nice mushroom omelette with a side of streaky smoked bacon

Back home after another long day driving. Bins done though. Some food soon... picky bits probably.

I get palpitations with coffee. But they don’t bother me
Ectopic arrhythmia is commonly caused by caffeine, nicotine or alcohol. The stimulant confuses the signal to the heart so it pops in an extra beat. The heart then pauses, allowing the ventricles to overfill with blood, so the next beat it has extra work to do in order to expel the surplus, hence the thump.
Your welcome, that'll be 5c.
The doctor is still in, if there are other questions.

ETA, I'm not a doctor but I'll take the money anyhow

Do you keep a hand in with amateur gynaecology?

Yes that's similar to what I'm expecting. I'd rather watch in the cinema for the surround sound etc. even though I have a soundbar at home. It's never the same. Wishing everyone a good working week

So it’s evening time where I am, and the waves are gently crashing in over the shores.

I just finished Peta/Sam, my novel, in terms of writing the 100,000 words, three act narrative.

The ending is a farce in the best possible way and for the first time in a long while, I feel like the novel actually speaks to me.

I have a lot of editing to do - particularly after last year’s brush with a publisher where I learned that…I have a lot to learn as a writer of fiction.

I will simply enjoy a Caribbean rum with some cola right now and contemplate the hard work ahead: but I’ve written my story, dammit, and will be damned for it.
