FPC just announced that we filed a motion for summary judgment in our case Elite Precision Customs v. ATF.

That means we are asking for the Court to make a final judgment declaring the ban unconstitutional!

If successful, we could see the end of the ban on interstate handgun sales - striking an enormous blow to anti-gunners, and a big piece of the 1968 Gun Control Act (GCA)!

This is supported by the closing words of the 2A; "shall not be infringed."
