Adam Shiff in deep sheet

Maybe, I just won’t vote for someone who isn’t from the state.
Certainly your prerogative to do so.

Zero ties and zero understanding of the culture of said state. Each of our states imo are unique in their population and needs. To bring in an outsider, no ty because we could definitely do with less federal government.
I think that's likely exaggerated. Is a candidate required to be completely tied to their representative area or is it sufficient to connect with citizens of the area to understand their concerns and historical context?

No candidate has zero understanding of the area they are running for office in. Might not be above 10% for some, but zero is not a serious statement.

Reading books on culture and an area does equate understanding and yup I was a tad hyperbolic with the “zero”😉

Almost reminds us of when Trump voted in Florida (BY MAIL from an address zoned as club/hotel) although living in DC and previously in New York.

AI Overview

A primary residence is the main home where a person lives for the majority of the year. It's the address used for official documents like driver's licenses and tax returns. You can only have one primary residence at a time, and it's where you intend to return when you've been away.

Key characteristics of a primary residence:
  • Occupancy:
It's where you live most of the time, often for more than six months of the year.
  • Address of record:
It's the address listed on your driver's license, voter registration, and tax returns.

  • Intention:
You intend for it to be your permanent home, and you return there when you've been away.
Examples of what constitutes a primary residence:
  • A house you own and live in.
  • An apartment or condominium you rent and live in.
  • A mobile home or houseboat where you primarily reside.
What it's not:
  • A vacation home or rental property, unless you live there for the majority of the year.
  • A property where you only spend a small portion of your time, even if you own it.
Why it matters:
  • Taxes: A primary residence often qualifies for tax benefits, such as the capital gains exclusion when selling.
  • Mortgages: Lenders typically require a primary residence for certain types of loans.

  • Legal: It's important for establishing residency for legal purposes.

Good luck on your expectations

Who invented the word “Lawfare”?
Who announced he would seek vengeance?
Who is using HIS attorney general as his chief Lawfare official ??

But hey! Take any secret documents you want cuz you can use the shittiest defense ever to get off from simply pure criminal acts? Fuck! Why follow any laws if you can appeal up to your own fucked up SCrOTUS?

This is not an uncommon situation. People can be citizens in one state and have a primary domicile in another for mortgage loan purposes. That's not against the law. Your AI info is not all the facts that come into play here.

As an elected official, that's not out of the realm of possibility. It would be good accounting practice to declare homestead status in Maryland even if you are from California.

To claim this homestead declaration is a lie, you would have to prove that they do not reside in the Maryland residence 51% of their time. That would be the basis for claiming they lied on the mortgage loan document, as you claim. As an elected official, do you know for sure that neither he nor his wife is in residence at least 51% of their time in Maryland?

If not, you are off base with your claim.

Trump always squawks the loudest about things he is himself guilty of, and this is no exception. Mar-a-Lago was not zoned for being a primary residence, and here as everywhere, Trump simply ignored any law he didn't like.

I don't know if Sen. Schiff is guilty or not, and if he is, I'm all for him facing the consequences. But Trump has no business standing in judgment of anyone on this.

my expectation is that all crooked Democrats get off scott free
My expectation is that all crooked MAGAts will be convicted and then pardoned, then claim that their pardon covers all other crimes including pedophilia.
Except for the Pedophile in Chief, who will claim that it was all in the course of his official business.

Lol..... fun to watch maga avoid the Epstein mess.
