Hi, I am sure this question is posted again and again, but here I am.

I published a new story after the stuck one, it got published in less than 6 hours. But One story that have published has been waiting and waiting and maybe it would be a month since I published it.

Is there a problem that I am not aware of or a way to get them published sooner?

A little help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I'd suggest a polite PM to Laurel.

That long wait is extreme, it's likely got lost in the mix. You probably won't get a reply, but your story status should change or you'll get a rejection. Whatever you do, don't touch the story, because that will restart its submission clock.

Thank you for the reply.

Could you please direct me on how to PM Laurel or where to find her?
I am new to the site and completely unaware of how to find certain people.

Envelope, top right of this page. Address the PM to Laurel

She probably won't reply, but your story should move from Pending to New, or will be returned with a rejection notice. Don't touch your story in the meantime. If your story is reasonable from the technical perspective, adheres to the content guidelines, and doesn't use AI, you should be okay.

Thank you so much for the help.

My story was sent back for using AI. Although I don't understand how can it be when I took help of same grammar checking softwares that I did in my other stories that were approved.

I'll review it again.

Again, thank you.

Unfortunately, the use of Grammarly to check content seems to be one of the common factors in suspected AI detections. You might find this thread useful:

I did find mistakes while I edited the story again. While writing so many words, it often happens to me.

Corrected and submitted again after making changes. Hope it gets approved.
