You can spin a lot of tractors around on one wheel too. Most (that I know of) have independent rear brake pedals. Turn the wheel, slam one brake and they'll turn a 180 pivoting on that one rear wheel. It helps if they and have a light front end and heavy rear. (I mean the tractor, not the woman driving it! )

Well I sort of have to do it politely in this case. It’s the company chief underwriting officer and our uS operations CUO. They thought they had an agreement. It’s very political: control, fear of loss of control, who’s more important and who is subservient.

Total horseshit.

But it’s time for an alignment meeting. Sadly the company culture is all nicely nicely and sometimes ya gotta break a few eggs to make an omelette.

They are addressing it all right ...in their favor not mine....

I have a saying .... my employer is not my daddy.. I dont expect them to act like one

Right now I have 5ish projects ...for one of them the client just that I am responsible is 14 ish practices with about 150 providers..... another is 19 practices with about the same.... I see myself coming and going....

Anyone ever try to get doctors who have been doctors for a long time to change a process.... it is like banging your head on a metal pipe.... or stepping on a Lego x1000.

I can't even get them to send a fucking read receipt toban email I sent them. I resent having to Molly coddled grown ass intelligent educated people when they whine like witches how hard their job is. You chose it, these are the rules suck it the fuck up.....
