The short answer is "yes."
Maybe not all men, but I think most men appreciate all shapes and sizes of breasts. You will even see that large, hanging, droopy ones are popular. But you are a long way from those days.

I personally am attracted to and turned on by all breasts, including tiny ones. I have such a vivid recollection of a young woman I worked with for a brief period of time nearly 50 years ago. She never wore a bra, presumably because the were so small. I loved to get the opportunity to peer down the top of her blouse or shirt or whatever she wore. Was that creepy of me. Maybe, but I tried not to be gross about it. Her breasts were like buds. Really just perky nipples, narrow areoles, and just a hint of swelling under the nipples. I thought they were so sexy. My only caveate is that I don't like it if the person attached to those sexy little titties looks to be underage.

Always more about a woman's attitude and personality than anything else for most men.....while we are visual it's not always about the tits....a great smile, nice legs, great laugh, the hair, the eyes, ass of course.......there is lots to visualize instead of tits

I find small breasts extremely sexy. My eye is much more drawn to a girl with a flat chest or small breasts than a large bosom.

yes some of us love the small, not been a fan of large boobs
they might not be sexy to you but to me they are sexy small

There are multitude of men that love a tit small enough to take it all into their mouth and just work the nipple.

I've been with women of all sizes - from absolutely flat to F-cups. By far I prefer tiny ones over the other sizes. I just find them more attractive and quite fun to play with...
