Banning dyes has absolutely zero impact on health in the US

So in at least 2 posts you have just said its not true! Not true the Trump Adm lowered gas prices, not true getting rid of dyes will be a healthy policy. You provide no backup to your nay saying, Yet demand others to provide links. What a sad sack fool you are, Good to know, because you dont deserve to be read and wont be.

About time we banned dyes in this country. Europe has banned or requires a warning on a lot of dyes and additives.

They haven't banned any dyes. As with the US, dyes are regulated to a level proven safe for consumption. Labels. In Europe aren't needed as no level of dyes permitted have any adverse effects

Red, yellow and another color are fully banned in Europe. There are also additives that were fully banned in Europe.

If you want the AI snapshot I can post it.

I think Red 3 (Erythrosine), Green 3 (Fast Green) are both banned in the EU. I might be wrong.

Regarding
Red 3 (Erythrosine):
  • Red 3 is banned as a food additive in the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand, except for use in cocktail cherries.
  • The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) also issued a ban on Red Dye No. 3 in food and ingested drugs due to concerns about cancer risks found in animal studies. This ban will require food manufacturers to remove the dye by January 2027 and drug manufacturers by January 2028.
  • Some sources suggest that the EU maintains erythrosine approval with an Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) of 0.1 mg/kg bw/day.
Regarding Green 3 (Fast Green):
  • The European Union does not allow the use of Green 3 (Fast Green FCF) in food products.
  • In the U.S., it is listed as a safe additive by the FDA.
In summary, both Red 3 (Erythrosine) and Green 3 (Fast Green) are largely banned or restricted in the European Union.

red 3 is not banned.
Both are safe.

Banning food dyes will not impact health at all and will result in higher food prices.

No, they aren't. All are restricted and require labelling.

Some additives we're banned.

I don't care about your chatgpt results.

Don’t you think the implications that food dyes have on children can actually cost them more in the long run?

Hyperactivity- can’t focus in school (Job issues just one concern)
Cancer- costs a crap ton of money to treat or can just cost someone their life

I’m not talking about RFK. I have personally talked with him and he is a POS in my opinion. I’m not a fricking fan of his.

I’m saying dyes are bad. Let’s ban them.

I don’t know if you live close enough to California, have you come across any food that says, “Contains carcinogens” or something to that effect?

Got it

They aren't bad. There is no reason to ban them.

You're conflating a bunch of shit. Our food is tested.for safety more than any.other country in the world.

I don’t know what you mean about “conflating a bunch of shit.” But I asked you a question. If you don’t want to answer just say, “I don’t want to answer.” That’s fine.

I was going to say, have you ever seen that warning and put the food back down? Putting a warning label on food would be great and I think will help people.

EWG link

EWG is awesome with information. There are links in that article that link to NIH studies.
LMAO ... Nope. Not even going to discuss that propaganda outlet. That's not information.

That's like talking to a "health food expert" on processed food as they sell you natural remedies....lol

You're not talking about anything. You're suggesting.our food isn't safe and that is absolutely false.

I was going to say, have you ever seen that warning and put the food back down? Putting a warning label on food would be great and I think will help people.
Awesome. Feel free to pay more money for labels that are useless.

That's like the woman who sees an ingredient in lucky charms at their grocery store and then finds a product with the same ingredient at Lowes. I've watched those tik toks.. ..they are not honest people....they are wanting.ypu to buy their shit.

You don’t have faith in the NIH, EWG, or both?

I did not say our food isn’t safe. Some ingredients are not safe.

You think the food manufacturers will pass on the minute cost it will take to add a warning label onto their label? If they did it would be a small increase.

I don’t watch TikTok so I don’t know exactly what you’re talking about but I’ll take your word for it.
