The idiot was spamming the board with new threads on topics that were already being discussed, bumping old threads, bumping their own threads that no one else was commenting in, and making some comments that were overtly threatening (they frequently called for violent "revolution" and acts of violence against the rich, etc, and they had begun to make increasingly violent threats more frequently shortly before their banning - trying to get banned???)

It’s quite possible that they were a previously banned poster as well:
