Wealthy White Liberals Are Telling Elected Democrats to “Get Shot” Opposing Trump if They Need To​

(DCNF)—Some House Democrats told Axios that their constituents have encouraged them to prepare for violence and “be willing to get shot” while resisting President Donald Trump’s agenda.

Democratic lawmakers said that there has been mounting anger among liberal votes that has sometimes even resulted in them calling on congressional Democrats to violate the law and be prepared for acts of violence, Axios reported on Monday. Many of the House Democrats told the outlet that these voters are often white, well-educated and wealthy.

“Some of them have suggested … what we really need to do is be willing to get shot” when visiting United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities or federal government agencies, one House Democrat told Axios.

“Our own base is telling us that what we’re doing is not good enough … [that] there needs to be blood to grab the attention of the press and the public,” the Democratic lawmaker added.

Some voters have recently criticized Democratic lawmakers for not doing a good enough job of pushing back against Republicans and the president’s political agenda, according to Axios. Moreover, one House Democrat told Axios that there is a “sense of fear and despair and anger” among their voters “puts us in a different position where … we can’t keep following norms of decorum.”

An active shooter armed with tactical gear and a rifle opened fire upon Border Patrol agents as they arrived at a Border Patrol annex facility in McAllen, Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley on Monday.

Agents and local police returned fire and killed the gunman. No federal agents were hit, but one McAllen police officer was struck. Law enforcement sources say the officer is in stable condition.

"This morning an individual opened fired at the entrance of the United States Border Patrol sector annex in McAllen, Texas. Both Border Patrol agents and local police helped neutralize the shooter," the Department of Homeland Security said in a statement to Fox News. "This is an ongoing investigation led by the FBI. More information will be shared as it becomes available."

Conservatives remind us all the time that freedom isn't free and sometimes the blood of tyrants is needed to water the tree of liberty. We've had women nearly die because doctors aren't sure when you're close enough to death to justify acting. I really want to see a doctor just bite the bullet here and do what's right and then turn themselves in. Defend themselves. You don't need a lawyer just tell the jury that your job is saving lives and if the law and my oath conflict I'm saving lives.

There was a police officer who basically did a nationwide search for a woman who left the state to get an abortion. Which for the record IS ILLEGAL. You cannot leave a state (or country) to commit a crime. You know like how Epstien Island is illegal even though without knowing all the ages of the girls involved there are plenty of countries (and a few US states) where the AOC is 16 or lower. But if I live in North Carolina and travel to South Carolina to bang a chick I can be arrested. However the idea that nothing more important than this woman was going on is absurd. I mean seriously there wasn't a little old lady who needed help crossing the street? A cat up a tree? Hell a school that would love to have a policeman come through and tell children that you can grow up and be a member of law enforcement and make your community safer?

So I'm very sorry but the right absolutely needs to fuck all the way off about how the Left is too violent. You designed a system where violence is glorified. Created a situation where violence is very much justifiable and then want to complain about it? The Founders did more over a fairly minor tax increase after a thing called the French Indian War bankrupted England.

So the calls for blood aren't in response to "violence," they're more of the same ILLEGAL tactics of violence the Left is using against innocents. The issue I have is that those same people believe that they should be exempt from being arrested because of their activism. If you feel that breaking the law is the only way you can advocate for your cause, then you need to have proper expectation of being arrested and charged for your crimes.

Protesting is fine with me - obstructing traffic,assaulting others or occupying property that is off limits or restricted is not.

Despite the lands that needed monitoring either being federal (Thus his job not that Obama had done it either) or private land again nothing we can legally do. Its really getting to the point where its near impossible to justify letting private industry do what they want cus basically they do the math and the cost of maintaining their equipment and lands and the pay off for destroying a city makes it easier to apologize than act ahead of time. Then this year when one of our reserves was down for repairs as as if it would have really saved the world with those insane winds. That was the fuck mothering president. Its PAST time we took action.

I don't know the motivations of the people on the bottom but ICE is breaking into places of business, court houses etc etc. I'm pretty sure that if you're going after the BAD ONES you aren't hanging around court houses. The absolute last place they would be.

So maybe these guys were pieces of shit, maybe they weren't. You cannot both support the second amendment, watch the government get people killed and destroy families. An honest person choses ONE or the other. I'm generally in favor of gun control but man the last few weeks and seeing the military marching around CA is starting to bring me around to your way of thought.

That is real value. The blue states had manufacturing, but now have mostly office jobs, the bureaucratic and corporate skimming off the actual wealth created in other states and nations.

That is real value. The blue states had manufacturing, but now have mostly office jobs, the bureaucratic and corporate skimming off the actual wealth created in other states and nations.

No one is disputing that the red states have value. That's not the point. The point is, even as they vote overwhelmingly against government services and taxation, they are net collectors on both, getting substantially more than they give. What we're seeing in Texas right now is what happens when they actually get what they vote for. It's an awful shame so many lives were lost, but that disaster could have been averted - if the red states hadn't been voting en masse against just about everything that could have helped for decades now.
