I stumbled onto a thread in The General Board that has aroused my curiosity. It contains lots of posts of links to pictures of women in bondage, all by the same poster.

Since May 11, the start of the thread and the day the OP joined Lit, there have been approximately 30 pictures posted (52 posts, of which about 30 are pictures posted by the OP.)

There are a variety of women, all conventionally pretty in face and figure, and a variety of settings. E.g., at least four king sized beds, so not all in the same residence.

Does the OP just hunt for pictures on the internet and make a jpg from a screen shot? Place an ad and offer to pay for photos? They certainly can't be photos of personal acquaintances. Can they?

I posted this question in that thread and DM'd the OP. Not surprisingly, no response.

It's a puzzle. Hoping someone here can get me educated.

My guess is they find them on other sites and post them here. That's what it seems most of them do.

Except for Am Pic where men pretending to be women post pictures of their girlfriends, wives and exes.

How did that old adage go? In the Internet, every man is a man, every woman is a man, and every children is an undercover FBI agent? Assume everything is fake until proven otherwise. Even without AI anyone can fake pictures as such, and people have been doing that for longer than Literotica has been online.

Boobs is one of the notorious photo thieves that helped to ruin the General Board.
Ruined because they have the nerve to post x-rated pictures on a porn site? Or just that he's 'stealing' them.

Like I'll always say, if the site is concerned with stolen photos or revenge porn, better go purge the fetish forum and am pic thread.

But maybe that's why they swapped it to only being able to post links now, so people have to work harder to find stolen pics.

Mello69 is the king of porn links and porn period on this site.

I don't think its a case of faking pics, just pretending to be the woman in the pics to get a sick thrill of the drooling fawning low self esteem dogs over there who act like they've never seen a woman before going.

I promise to try to be more subtle in my opinion of that forum next time.

Again, on the Internet every man is a man, every woman is a man, and every child is an undercover FBI agent.

Porn site pays models, takes photos or videos, puts them up online, usually behind a pay wall.

Somebody subscribes to the site, downloads the images or screenshots from videos, and uploads them to a free image sharing site (breaching copyright on these images).

Thread creator finds them on image sharing sites and posts the links here on Lit.

If you look at the URLs, the images are hosted in a bunch of different places, so it's very unlikely that these are images that OP has created themselves - why would they split their photos higgledy-piggledy across a bunch of different sites only to post them all in the same thread?

Some of the images, e.g. post #12 in that thread, still have a "watermark" identifying the site/s they were stolen from.
