A bombshell new CIA review of the Obama administration’s spy agencies’ assessment that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election to help Donald Trump was deliberately corrupted by then-CIA Director John Brennan, FBI Director James Comey and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, who were “excessively involved” in its drafting, and rushed its completion in a “chaotic,” “atypical” and “markedly unconventional” process that raised questions of a “potential political motive.”

Further, Brennan’s decision to include the discredited Steele dossier, over the objections of the CIA’s most senior Russia experts, “undermined the credibility” of the assessment.

That's an incredible achievement when you consider that his competition include the likes of Kristi Noehm, Pam Bondi, RFKjr, Kash Patel and Pickled Pete Hegseth.

None of the above players have weakened America like Ratcliffe has. Ratcliffe fired virtually every Mandarin speaking CIA asset and dismantled all intelligence gathering in Russia.

Should America ever lose a conflict against either Russia or China in the next 20 years, future historians will point to the ineptitude of John Ratcliffe as the tipping point.

While that’s big in and of itself, according to multiple sources who spoke with Breitbart News in the wake of Ratcliffe’s release of this report, there was perhaps an even more significant revelation contained inside: Potential smoking-gun evidence that Brennan may have perjured himself during closed-door testimony before Congress on this matter.

On page 5 of the newly released review, career CIA officers admit that the Steele Dossier was included in the 2016 ICA by Brennan, and that he did it over the objections of career intelligence officials.

“When confronted with specific flaws in the Dossier by the two mission center leaders—one with extensive operational experience and the other with a strong analytic background—he appeared more swayed by the Dossier’s general conformity with existing theories than by legitimate tradecraft concerns,” the report reads in part on that page. “Brennan ultimately formalized his position in writing, stating that ‘my bottomline is that I believe that the information warrants inclusion in the report.'”

In other words, Brennan overrode the career CIA officials who told him to not include the dossier in the formal ICA about Russian interference in the 2016 election. This sentence in the report Ratcliffe released stunned members of Congress and senior staff who recalled in conversations with Breitbart News that Brennan had testified behind closed doors that he did not advocate for the dossier to be included in the ICA. As such, it would appear that despite his testimony to Congress to the contrary, Brennan actually did the opposite of what he testified about.

“John Ratcliffe is a genius,” one congressional source told Breitbart News. “He just got career CIA officers to admit the 2016 ICA was corrupted and to offer up Brennan on a silver platter. I’ve never seen anything like it. The DOJ could have a field day with this.”

This individual, acting in concert with others, engaged in a deliberate conspiracy to circumvent the constitutional limits of executive authority by enacting policies materially different from those disclosed to voters during the campaign, constituting both a breach of the public trust and a usurpation of lawful presidential powers by unelected individuals. They do belong in prison.

FBI launches criminal investigations of John Brennan, James Comey: DOJ sources​

CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred Brennan for criminal investigation to the FBI, sources told Fox News Digital​

EXCLUSIVE: Former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey are under criminal investigation for potential wrongdoing related to the Trump–Russia probe, including allegedly making false statements to Congress, Justice Department sources told Fox News Digital.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred evidence of wrongdoing by Brennan to FBI Director Kash Patel for potential prosecution, DOJ sources told Fox News Digital.

The sources said that the referral was received and told Fox News Digital that a criminal investigation into Brennan was opened and is underway. DOJ sources declined to provide further details. It is unclear, at this point, if the investigation spans beyond his alleged false statements to Congress.

As for Comey, DOJ sources told Fox News Digital that an investigation into the former director is underway, but could not share details of what specifically is being probed.
