SCOTUS puts an end

You haven't explained shit about this decision, nothing, zero, nada. Meaning you're fucking clueless.

The shirtless quarter century troll doesn’t know anything about anything.

Activist judges are finally being reigned in.

Tummy Twat is mad. Big whoop.
Lol

No shit. Then he and his fellow short bus travelers go on to talk about what the decision doesn't address.

Your ignorance is forgivable. Brain damage is truly difficult to overcome.

Wishing you the best in your journey to recovering your health.
You're the ignorant one.
nope, the constitution is getting shredded and our democracy is circling the drain thanks to their rulings in favor of immunity for the president and some of their other gems.
Show us some examples of the Constitution being shredded.

The saddest part is they have 20+ years in here trying to troll people and still haven’t learned how to do it.

The short bus for anonymous forum troll wanna-be’s…. Does it get any lower than the luuks n tummy twats?

At least butters sucked her way to a meal ticket.

It must be frustrating to have people explain things to you and then you realize how wrong you were. No wonder you’re acting out. It’s been explained several times I’m sorry you were wrong.

due process, 1st amendment rights, placement of federal troops for non-existent issues...

Due process isn't immutable. Under the Constitution it can be suspended. Which means you can't be "shredding the Constitution" if you're actually doing what it says.

1st Amendment doesn't cover unlawful acts. See eg; incitement to violence.

The use of Federal Troops is authorized by law under certain circumstances/exceptions.

Finally the biggest one; your BELIEF that there aren't any reasons to use those troops. You don't get to second guess the President. No one does. At least not according to the SCOTUS.

Which means, according to your entire line of reasoning, YOU are the one "shredding the Constitution."

That’s been explained to you several times. You just refuse to accept reality.
Sorry!!
Explain it … one more time
One judge can toss a Constitutional Foul Flag but it only counts in their jurisdiction
Right?
Not only that, their ruling only applies to the case they looked at. They can’t broaden who their judgement applies to and states can’t
make huge groupings of people. Each case needs to be appealed individually. That’s efficient and saves the court and the people so much time (??!!)

Why not… set some point where the SUPREME FUCKiNG COURT has to step in to take care of the CONSTITUTION and the entire Justice Branch vs judging some other podunk shitty case that finally reached them because some rich asshole had the money to appeal through every other court? How dare some podunk judge anywhere claim to understand the Constitution!!

But fuck, when the rich asshole gets his case to you, don’t worry about recusing yourself for accepting bribes… cuz you redefined what a bribe is for Amerikkka!

And it's amazing that so many people bleat.like sheep that the USA is a republic.
A constitutional republic is a form of democracy and it is a form of a republic.
well said ll74. some of them do bleat like sheep and follow the cult. others are slightly different. rather than logical discussions they decide to throw feces as though they are in primate building at the zoo. fun to watch but still doesn't solve anything.

It's amazing how so many people don't know this as they bleat like sheep that the USA is a Democracy.
You are thinking direct or pure democracy which does not exist anywhere.

We are a federal republic which is a form of representative democracy.

Sorry!!

Yup, nothing happens without consequences and there is going to be some sorting out that will take time.

BUT

There is nothing in the Judiciary Act of 1789 or any of it's subsequent modifications that grants the inferior courts the ability to issue nation wide injunctions, nor is there any prohibition. It was an assumed power that the inferior courts used on occasion. However of late they were abusing that power to the point that SCOTUS has had to step in and slap them down. All the pissing and moaning in the world isn't going to change the ruling in the immediate future. Either congress will have to act, unlikely, or SCOTUS will have to refine the rules.

The 9th Circuit invented the “activist court”.

California judicial rulings have been the butt of talk show host jokes since the time of Johnny Carson.

So it doesn’t need a lot of explanation.

It’s good that the scotus finally slapped them on the nose with a newspaper.

Enough, ffs. Judges ruling on refusing to bake cakes, boys in skirts, it’s all such horseshit.

There are more important issues.

Specifically and in detail, explain the due process details that were taken away. Explain the First Amendment rights that were denied. Show us where the President violated the law in the use of federal troops to enforce federal law. Give us specifics, not your emotions.

All good points on how it will be so much easier now to take guns.

That's not end game.
I never said it was.

Interesting that the judge notes how "special" US citizenship is. I contend that the democrats don't seem to think so in that they're trying to give it away to any fucking criminal that can sneak across the border.
How exciting for you. The EO is DOA and will be blocked by scotus. Enjoy your bigotry!
