Insane. It being a crowded store on Thanksgiving as security you want to be 100% positive you caught the person and get the right person and with it being that busy it's difficult to do that

I think it happens when your phone screen locks and if you shut your phone browser in general (however it will continue recording if you just switch browser tabs)
