So based on today’s ruling, any court in the country can issue an injunction and it would apply to everyone? Looking forward to your response.

SCOTUS ARE The tyrant judges who want to rule the nation. Obviously you missed that.

With no regard for the Bill of Rights, or the Constitution, this rogue court has basically given a green light to tyranny, oppression, and the Handmaid's Tale state. They have no credibility or accountability left. Anyone who has been following this Supreme Court should be outraged, and scared for their own liberty and possibly for their own safety.

Just like you wanted. Of course, you could have just moved to Russia.

Awesome, so we both agree that I was correct and that you do agree with Sotomyers’s opinion. This will make it easier to take guns. Based on today’s ruling, rights, like 2A are no longer safe. So glad I could educate you on this.

If they can basically ignore the 14th amendment, along with the rest of them, then yes, they can basically ignore the 2nd amendment as well. Basically, the High Court has said, don't count on the Constitution or the Bill of Rights to protect you or your freedoms anymore. Anything can be overruled and taken away.

Listen stupid, the SCOTUS didn't "ignore" the 14th, it FOLLOWED its language as well as the EXISTING precedent and understanding of what the 14th was intended to encompass. And what it wasn't.

What it wasn't, is what you want to believe. It wasn't ever intended to allow those with foreign loyalties to have children in the US and get the automatic grant of citizenship. The court clearly and expressly said so and then explained the hows and whys its that way.

If you'd actually read the decision, and asked questions about the words you didn't understand, you'd have figured that out.

But instead of doing that you come here and mouth some stupid phrases given to you by the talking heads that have been LYING TO YOU for years and getting it all wrong. Again.

Go the fuck away and life your miserable life somewhere else.

Maybe you should get a life and go live your dystopian dictatorshit fantasies somewhere other than the U.S. while we freedom loving patriots continue to fight for our liberties.

There is no getting around that this is a horrible decision, for America and for individual freedoms. For one, it now exposes people who were born in the U.S., grew up here, and placed roots here, to have their citizenship stripped away, and deported to some hellhole prison in Djamaica or wherever that place is, simply because their parents were not. This should never be allowed in a free society. And it proves that if the court can single handedly dismiss the 14th Amendment and over 150 years of precedent, they can just as easily dismiss the 2nd amendment and have cops go door to door confiscating guns (without even a search warrant.) You don't think so? There is no longer ANY GUARANTEE of rights being protected.

While it is a dark day for America, it is an even darker day for the millions of CITIZENS who now face deportation.
