Florida has been a magnet for high income New Yorkers. The chances of more residents and more dollars moving to the Sunshine State improved significantly yesterday.

Rent freezes and government food stores have a LONG record of working out well.
Regarding NYC GDP, most of that is financial market based and money is fungible, no infrastructure overhead. You'd think that some self-billed, hi-tech, guru would have figured that out all on it's own.
