I wonder how the SCOTUS response to judge Murphy's defiant ruling is going to affect the case Newsom brought over the National Guard where the judge is considering how to weasel his way around the 9th Circuit's stay of his ruling.

The higher courts are telling the lower courts they got it wrong but the lower courts are so blinded by their TDS they cannot obey the higher authority. At some point SCOTUS really needs to to tell the lower courts to knock off the political games and obey the law.

NEW: Trump DOJ asks SCOTUS for clarification on Judge Brian Murphy's "unprecedented defiance of this Court’s authority" related to Murphy's order last night to ignore SCOTUS' hold on his ban on deporting criminal illegals to third countries.

DOJ: "The district court’s ruling of last night is a lawless act of defiance that, once again, disrupts sensitive diplomatic relations and slams the brakes on the Executive’s lawful efforts to effectuate third-country removals. The district court’s ruling of last night is indefensible."

The DoJ.is good at PR....shitty at being honest brokers in public.

But hell, get them in court and you find out how well the current administration likes to lie fairly quickly.
