Slow day today. Massive thunderstorms last night. Woke up at 4 to keep an eye on the wind and rain and lightning. Steady lightning for an hour. The another storm a few hours later. Flooding around us, highway is closed in a couple of places. We are no longer in near drought conditions. Garden doesn't need watering!

Storms stayed to the north of my area... we're set to break century-old records with high temps though.
Thank goodness for A/C!!!

got to water all mine today...we had massive rain two days ago but the 90 degf+ drys thing out quickly

Little vending machine kiosk type things placed around the city so your items aren't porch pirated. I use it instead of my address and I push a link at pick up and Bluetooth opens the locker door.

i use to order by maill before i moved..i hated when they shipped usps because it went threw the detroit handli ng center. i never recieved a package threw there that wasnt opened and gone threw. often with something missing . now that i moved everything goes threw the kalamazoo center and ive never have a problem anymore.

my grandad lost his eye in a sawmill accident..he had a glass eye for a while, but he use to go to the bar and get drunk and take it out and roll it back and forth across the bar. his socket got infected so they justr ended up sewing it shut after they cleaned it out.

My buddy has a glass eye.
At the bars, when he goes to piss, sometimes he takes it out, sets it on the bar and says "Watch my drink."
