But, you are right: you need to be in good shape still.. it takes a lot of stamina to eat well!

Yeah depends. I like a lot of diverse cuisines. I travel a good amount and usually try something never had before.

Southern Europe, please take your weather back, it is 06:53 in the morning and already 24°, we are a country without AC but with triple insulated windows.

I'm so lucky, today I'll be going to a wedding, so I'll be putting on my suit soon! I just hope it's not to warm at the place the wedding dinner and party is taking place

It's lounging in the garden today with a lot of cool liquid to stay hydrated.
And I'm thinking I'm glad for my old brick house. Days like this it stays quite cool inside so the nights doesn't get to hot and sweaty.

Depends on how often you have been in ocean but probably within 20 yards. Already two people bitten this week. One in SC and another here in FL.

Earlier yesterday I saw a video of a shark within arm length of two kids in the shallows and they had no idea! Scary!
