Has anyone read a story where a father hires an escort which turns out to be his 20-something adult daughter? Daughter goes not knowing it's her father that has hired her. They end of having sex.

There is a disease (prosopagnosia) where people cannot recognize facial features. Maybe one or both of them have that? I don't know if it is hereditary, but that could work.

The power outage is a good one.

Masked parties and them showing up at the party and not beforehand, fooling around with someone they have a good click with. Tensions rising as they go back, and when they are all over each other a mask comes off.

Maybe they both know at a party, but as it's a group thing she tactfully stays out of fathers way, who is obviously furious. She starts flirting with some other of the people who bought the few escorts, while a friend escort does her best to put the stamping and furious father in a mood to fuck all that frustration away. I think this has the bones of a good stepdad story. After his wifes death, a lonely man reaches out and hires a young escort. He doesn't recognize her but she does him. He's the dad of one of her good friends from high school. She doesn't want to make it weird so she never reveals this to him and they have a couple of terrific dates.

She calls the daughter one day and mentions her stepdad and fresh from a bad break up she reveals that she'd always had the hots for the man.

So to OP’s question: yeah, it’s an old urban legend and I’ve seen at least one story on here that covers it

Easiest way to do it would be for dad to not know he had a daughter.

He’s doing a business trip near Reno and decides to hit up a brothel. One girl in particular strikes his fancy. She kind of reminds him of an old fling he had back in college. She’s young but as they chat online and plan out their weekend, he builds quite the rapport with her.

They meet up and have a great time. She also feels a strange connection to him. She uses a stage name but she does talk about how her mom and later her stepdad raised her. By the time she could have reached out she had married and didn’t want her daughter pining for a dad who might not be there when she had a good stepfather at home.

Of course dad and daughter eventually have to face facts. I think it would be interesting if they are clearly shaken up by it but ultimately decide they do want to keep up a platonic relationship. With dad maybe helping her girlfriend get pregnant down the road

I've done two of these and this is not difficult.

There's an American version of it. Do. Not. Watch. The Korean one is complex, with a multitude of perspectives and many little details. The American one is stripped from all nuance. It is an in your face, simple plot. The main reason for the plot is changed and not for the better. It copies many of the action scenes and they are all somehow flaccid.

Maybe I should pick up the manga at one point.
