As a diabetic, I use Liquid IV per my doctor once a day - especially in summer so I don't dehydrate. I can't use the sugar free because of reactions to alternative sweeteners.

The sugar free stuff kills me. My face flushes horribly and I feel awful. It seems like almost everything has that crap in it these days!
