I'm a horrible, horrible person. Masters wife has been diagnosed with heart failure. It's likely she only has a few years left to live. And while I am scared for how it's going to impact her and Master and their family, I am terrified about how it's going to impact me. How can I be worried about me at a time like this?
Part of me wants to step away, but that would be just as selfish as selfless. I think I am going to have to leave things in Masters hands, but I'm scared to

I don't think it's selfish at all to wonder how this will impact your life. It's a very real thing that affects everyone involved.

It may be too early to talk to him about your fears, but one day you're going to have to. You may not get answers about the future, but you've let him know your fears and concerns. Also, he's going to need you just as much as you need his reassurance as he goes through this.

As a diabetic, I use Liquid IV per my doctor once a day - especially in summer so I don't dehydrate. I can't use the sugar free because of reactions to alternative sweeteners.

I have heard of people buying horse electorates from Amazon. But I haven’t been brave enough to try them myself.

I got some Key Nutrients packets from Amazon that were pretty good. Low sugar and no salty taste. I’ve only tried the sweet cherry-pomegranate flavor.
