He was a victim of the worst case of elder abuse in American History. A team of frat boys and sorority girls ran wild in the White House for four years while Joe showed up to try to read a teleprompter when absolutely necessary. It wasn't Joe's fault. It was Jill's fault for letting it happen, and we may never know for sure who exactly MADE it happen. But it happened.
