I have a question about the Content Guidelines that makes me feel a little awkward to ask—but I've been thinking about posting a set of stories here for a while now.
I don't want to violate any rules of the website so here's my question/character backstory:
Would a story with a marriage that was arranged before the character was 18 be within guidelines?
I want to clarify that the marriage itself happens / sexual content happens After the character is 18. There are not any sexual themes before 18. Even thinking about that makes me cringe hence why I was hesitant/feeling awkward about posting my question.
Expanding a bit further, the character in question was raised with the future marriage in mind. She had private tutors, etiquette lessons, social expectations, finishing school, etc. None of the lessons involved had any sexual themes. The story itself isn't about her past. It is referenced as a post-regret in the story.
The reference is there to explain the character's behaviors and mannerisms. Self-reflection/looking back brings regret/anger that they were put into a "box" while also not knowing they were in the box until after they are an adult. The character feels anger because being set into an arranged marriage for political gain makes them feel like they were sold off and unloved.
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read and answer this post. I appreciate it.

EDIT:
Thank you all for the responses, I really appreciate them.
