Linking a poll to my readers

I'm trying to get my readers opinion. I've already put a free tier poll on patreon. My problem is that I know that the admins will reject a story if I put a link to patreon asking my readers to answer the survey.
So what would be the best way to share the survey (or a duplicate survey to my readers on literotica without breaking the self-promotion rule?

Put the link to the poll in your Literotica biography, which is now called "About", and then add the link to your bio at the end of the story, or simply tell the readers to go to your biography and click on the link.
You are always allowed to put a link in your story that leads to Literotica.

There are a few options:

- If you have your Patreon linked to your profile, you can tell them in an author's note in the story to check your Patreon for a poll since your Patreon link will show up in your story with your name.
- If you don't have your Patreon linked to your profile, you can put a link to it in your bio, and then tell readers about it in your author's notes.
- You ARE allowed to include links to Literotica forum posts in your author's notes in the story, so if you are hosting the poll here, you can direct link it.
