Hello all you lovely Guys Gals and Non binary pals! Its that time of year again where we all celebrate being utterly fabulous and queer. All that is rainbow will be smiled upon and to all those who are not happy there is a pride month...well blow it out your ass and get over it.

So with that being said some might be like..Sunny? why is pride celebrated in June?(in the states and canada at least. Please tell me about your pride celebrations in your place of origin) And it's not just because people can be naked as possible in the parades..that's just an added bonus. (Where I live we have pride season from June until September actually)
It is to commemorate the Stonewall riots in June of 1969 at the stonewall inn. This was yes an unlicensed place but it was also a place where queer folk could come share a drink and more in a place that accepted them for who they were. Until the police showed up and started being assholes, so the the community decided to fight back and started throwing bottles a debris at them actually forcing the officers who would throw them in jail merely for being themselves to hide with in the very bar they were raiding waiting for back up. Which is seriously hilarious to me honestly.
So yes if you would like to learn more about this month (Or what ever month is it where you celebrate it..or if you can't take comfort in the fact that there are many others on this site who accept you and love you for who you are. Promise you are safe here.) There is a wiki page here

I fell into quite the rabbit hole reading wikipedia and for those under the ruling of the the Cheeto Benito..you have our support from the mods team and I am sure others here on lit. You are all valid and beautiful just the way you are. What two (or more) consenting adults want to consider love and affection should be seen as a good thing. Love is love my dears and don't forget it.
And for those who wish to protest this or think that its being shoved in your face...I offer you my ass and you can kiss which ever side of it you wish.
I personally grew up in the ancient times where dial up was barely a thing (the sound still haunts my dreams)...I am older than windows...not just Google. And I have to tell you as a baby LGBTQIA+ type it was very confusing since my first crush was on a girl. But then I was like ok maybe I am gay...ok cool I can maybe work with this..then I realized that boys were hot too...ok more confusion... But oh! Bi is a thing...all right whoo go bi..and then I met non binary and gender fluid and trans people and I was like why the hell is everyone hot?!
So yes I say this as while married to a straight cis man I am still a pansexual lady who thinks you are all hot. *winks* Also its ok if you have not figured out what you like yet..so long as you are 18+ and follow the rules...you can explore that here. Good luck my dears...and happy Pride!
